Welcome to the House of Blue Light....we've been out shopping & hunting for quite some time and we're back with loads of treasure, rare finds, cool stuff, antiques, collectables and objects d'art, all looking for a good home.
Up for auction today, is a lovely vintage signed Sherman fuschia pink aurora borealis rhinestone brooch, featuring a wonderful multi-level design, with
lots of sparkling rhinestones, which add a dramatic effect to this bold piece
. This beautiful brooch
is approximately 2-1/4" tall (from the very top to the very bottom of the piece) and is about 2-1/4" wide (at its widest point) and is signed "Sherman" in script on an oval on the back of the piece.
This beautiful brooch features wonderful attention to detail and gorgeous workmanship.
The condition of this item can be seen in the pictures and it looks like this piece has been lovingly looked after by its previous owner (please see pictures, and "zoom in" for a closer look). Worth mentioning, is that this item may need a cleaning, which will be left up to the new owner. Furthermore, this is a previously owned item and if you look closely, you may notice some age appropriate wear on this piece.As well, there is some wear to the gold coloring on the back of the item and some scattered scratches on the rhinestones. But, this brooch is in good (or better) condition for its age, and it still displays beautifully. T
