Vintage Antique Baby Infant long blue sweater and matching hat bonnet boy girl

Adorable vintage sweater. Not sure if intended for boy or girl or possibly unisex. Measures 10.5" armpit to armpit. Total length is 13". Has the matching bonnet. Does have a small hole on front near bottom - see close up photo, bonnet has a couple holes as well.
