Dogs come in all shapes and sizes. If the weight is on the line or overlaps, choose the
SMALLER
of the two. It is better for the NovaGuard to fit snugly on the head. Remember: Don't order too big as you "cannot size UP thinking you can then tighten DOWN"!

ordering and include your pet's BREED, WEIGHT, and if possible a couple of pictures of them (straight on and each side at their level). Our typical response time is 1-3 hours, 7 days a week. Thank you.

All orders are generally shipped via United States Postal Service. Based on the size of the order, buyers will have the choice of selecting Priority Express, Priority, or First Class mail.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST (Monday - Saturday) will be shipped the same day.
We ship the NovaGuard Recovery Collar to the United States, Canada and Mexico only. If you live outside of these regions, please send us a message in eBay for further assistance.
(USPS or UPS) Express Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the same day.

Depending on the part of the country you reside, USPS Priority Express service is 1 to 2 days. USPS does not guarantee overnight delivery to all destinations for express orders.

You may return your NovaGuard within 30 days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied. It must be returned, along with a copy of your invoice/receipt, in
new/unused
condition to receive a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping).
Send the return to the address below and allow 3 to 5 business days for processing once received. Original and return shipping charges back to Protective Pet Solutions will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless a product was sent in error.
