We just bought a substantial documentation package from the factory for this unit.  This means we also have factory contact for this item.  (Some of the documentation is in English and some is in German.)
The wind shredded the tarps that once covered it.
Would guess the hydraulic reservoir is 400 to 600 gallons.
We would guess the counter above is the number of cycles it has run.
DESMA number looks like PSA123/3110 11-16647.  Made in Germany.
The pressure gauges go to 5000 PSI so guessing the hydraulics can do between 3000 and 5000.
Look at all the hydraulic components under this thing!
Another DESMA number is HYA73/2170 11-16647--we have no idea what these mean.
There are some seriously sized hydraulic filter housing canisters on this thing.  There are also a couple of large nitrogen snubber bladder expansion chambers.
The hydraulic two hydraulic pump motors are about 70 horse power each (55 KW).  Rated 460 volts, 3 phase, 1775 RPM 60 cycle.  The motor type number is KA3250M-0B059
It would appear that this unit has hydraulic power rotation as well as straight hydraulic cylinder push action.
The hydraulic rotator part that looks like a giant hydraulic motor is labeled JAHNS HMW200B (We have another similar looking item rolling around loose somewhere but it did not come with this unit.
The image below is looking in the end (extrusion output?) at the splines on the end of the Rotator.
We will sell parts if nobody wants the whole thing--there is a small fortune in hydraulic components.
Condition looks older but functional used after some cleaning/maintenance. We have not powered it up or tested it. We do not have any documentation or ancillary parts but it looks very straightforward for someone familiar with this type of equipment. We have no experience with this type of system.
This unit is heavier than we can lift with our forklifts so there will be a charge for a very large forklift or crane to load it on the truck that takes it away--unless you bring your own heavy lifting equipment.

This is a used/surplus item, selling at a fraction of its original price/cost and has no warranty. While the item will be as described before we send it, there is always a chance that something will happen in shipping. If you need service like a new item, go buy a new one. Alternatively, a limited warranty can be purchased at extra cost on some items (ask). When we do accept a return on an item, the buyer must first obtain an RMA # from us.
The buyer pays packing and shipping costs both ways on returns. Listing description is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing but we are subject to making human errors. The seller's liability, in the event of a listing error, is limited to the amount of the winning bid paid and does not include any responsibility for lost time, opportunity, inconvenience, etc. on the part of the buyer. ;

Winning bidder pays all packing and shipping costs in addition to bid amount unless picked up at source (zip 87124).
(Note that packing & shipping charges are based on weight, size and fragility and have nothing to do with the bid price. Something with a bid price that is almost free could be big, heavy and fragile with commensurately significant P&S charges.)
This also means that if the trucking company comes up with extra charges after delivery, the buyer will be required to pay these charges in addition to the quoted amount. Very small items of only a few ounces generally go first class mail with no insurance and no tracking. Items of only a couple pounds usually go priority mail with no insurance and no tracking. FedEx ground is currently our shipper of choice for most items more than a couple pounds. (that have a packed weight less than 150 pounds and are small enough to meet FedEx Ground package size restrictions.) FedEx ground automatically includes 0 insurance and tracking. Used items by truck are only insured for 10 cents per pound unless additional coverage is purchased. If you want to pay for extra insurance, be sure to clearly communicate how much.
Items left beyond 20 days are subject to storage fees.
Please send your shipping address (including zip code) and delivery contact phone number as soon as you are notified that you are the winning bidder so we can get back to you with the packing and shipping cost.
Please note if yours is a business or residential address (Businesses located in a home are residential for shipping purposes.)
If you do not include a delivery contact phone number with your shipping address and there is a problem with delivery, you will not get a refund and you will have to pay for both the return and redelivery shipping cost!
Items that weigh more than 150 pounds or are bigger than 130" length plus girth must ship by motor freight carrier, preferably freight collect. Please note that used items shipped by truck are only insured at 10 cents per pound. Extra insurance can be purchased through a third party insurer if explicitly requested and paid for (when available
). Also note that it may take several days for these larger items to get packed and picked up by a truck.
Payment via Paypal is strongly recommended as it cuts about a week off delivery delay.  If payment is not received within 10 days of notification of total amount due, transaction is subject to being listed as failed for non-payment and the item being sold to another buyer.
